OPM TMA, an ID/IQ contract, was awarded to Sigmatech by the Office of Personnel Management on 29 October 2007 for a period of five years whose sole purpose is to create a comprehensive, end-to-end service model that Government agencies will find responsive to their unique learning requirements. Type of work required includes: analysis, design, development implementation, and evaluation of customized training programs; analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of job aids and enterprise-wide performance support strategies and tools. Examples of products to be delivered include: classroom based training materials, print-based instructional materials, CBT, WBT, blended learning solutions, and learning systems development and management.

Sigmatech is currently managing 15 subcontractors on our OPM TMA contract.
